MS Dynamics AX - Application Developer
currently seeking an experienced MS Dynamics AX - Application Developer to join our team
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to support customer engagement sales cycles, by understanding customer's business requirements and promoting the value proposition of MS Dynamics AX solutions to meet the requirements and deliver results to the customer.
• Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of MS Dynamics AX technical solutions.
• Focus on technical design, development, and deployment of MS Dynamics AX.
• Conduct testing and apply quality control procedures.
• Install and manage development, test, and production environments.
• Follow development best practices.
• Use X++ development language
• Application development efforts involve full or partial software lifecycle both during and following the MBS Axapta implementation
• Work closely with functional implementation teams and other members of the development team
• Participate in the implementation of designs devised by other team members
• Write programs to fulfill functional gaps in the application
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Assist with acceptance testing
• Maintain and create functional requirements documentations
• Maintain and create technical specification documentation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business departments
Qualifications:
• Provide strong application development process knowledge;
• Provide strong programming and code development supplemented with a high level of business acumen
• Able to follow, maintain, and create appropriate risk controls
• Object oriented development for implementing Microsoft Business Solutions
• Axapta
• AT least 2-5 years of experience with Dynamics AX. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the application development processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to applications projects
• Code development, code debugging and testing skills, troubleshooting and system application skills.
• Demonstrate decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Ability to deliver tactical goals and accurate project estimates, for an application project
