Equipment Engineer

An international IT manufacturing company are looking for an "Equipment Engineer" with the following qualifications:

- 2-4 years manufacturing experience.

- Graduate of Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.

- Establishing, Implementing and Sustaining Maintenance Control (Preventive & Break Down) Plans & Methods for all Production Equipments.

- Responsible for activities/ Planning related to Erection, Installation, Commissioning & Release of New Equipments to Production Operations.

- Preparing & establishing documentation related to maintenance control for all production process equipments & machines

- Coordinating & timely execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all critical production equipments & machines

- Calibration Management System (plan budget, schedules, ensure compliance) for all Production machinery, wherever applicable.

- Planning, Establishing, Maintaining & Analyzing Records for all Maintenance events for continuous improvements

- Planning & Controlling of Maintenance consumables ( including identification of Min/Max Stocks , Pricing, Source )

- Overall Equipment Efficiency ( utilization & availability to planned requirements ) for critical production process machinery / Equipments

- Planning, Implementing, Maintaining & Periodic updating, publication of Production Equipment /Machinery, Jigs, tools and fixtures numbering system (master list)

- Budgeting, planning and maintaining annual maintenance contracts ( for critical / identified production machinery, including identification of source) with third party agencies, wherever required.

Area Technical Sales Engineer

International engineering company looking to hire an (( Area Technical Sales Engineer ))



Responsibilities:



Using your technical selling skills and in conjunction with the Export Regional



Manager, to formulate and implement an annual sales plan.



To conduct customer visits on a regular basis to create product demand



through technical sell approach.



Responsible for ensuring maximum level of customer satisfaction.



To cooperate, support, motivate and communicate with the appointed local



distributor including conducting appropriate technical training of their engineers



as required.



Generate written monthly & quarterly reports in English covering all elements



of responsibilities and any other such reports and /or presentations that may



be required by Export Regional Manager.



Assist the Regional Manager to produce yearly Forward Business plan.



Sales Area:



Cairo and surrounding regions. The candidate must be prepared to travel to



other areas upon request to support the Regional Manager to carry out surveys,



seminars and exhibitions.



Requirements:



Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal) is essential.



Strong communications skills



Technical sales & marketing skills.







Education



Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Marine).



Skills



Computer skills – MS Windows,Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto cad & Power Point.



Good organization & analytical abilities are needed.



Excellent presentation skills (ie. Delivering technical presentation etc)



Experience:



from 1 To 3 Years experience in the same field
