Job title: application Developer



Job Description:
1. Develop new applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications.

2. Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation for each internal staff member.

3. Maintain and enhance existing applications and all internal systems are integrated.

4. Perform complete testing of applications–unit and system, engaging users as necessary.

5. Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.

6. Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.

7. Develop database-driven interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.

8. Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.

9. Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions

10. Educate and give orientations to users when needed on IT related issues

11. Control end users access to information resources

12. Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence.

13. Timely submission of reports

Prerequisites:

14. Strong knowledge of web systems including IIS / ASP / COM+, SSL and load balancing

15. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, experience with MS SQL

16. Deployment tools such; Windows packaging using Install Shield, MSI, windows scripting

17. Development experience in .NET, VB.NET, ASP
