Scope: IT Service Desk


Qualifications:

- Fresh Graduate.

...- Communication eng. Or Information Technology.

- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products (MCSE Windows server 2008 infrastructure and active directory/ Exchange 2007).

- Good knowledge of Cisco routing protocols (CCNA)

- Very good in IT and networking.

- Provide support for Microsoft products such as (Windows XP, Office 2003 and Office 2007).

- ITIL foundation knowledge.

- Very Good In English.Presentable and self motivated.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Excellent communications Skills and problem solving.

- Ability to Organize and Participated In Teamwork.

- Able to work in Shifts.
