Description • Assists in formulating job descriptions, policies & procedures • Update company organization charts with new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions….etc • Implement all recruitment process steps with respect to Preparing JD’s, CV’s screening, contacting recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records, handling internal job posting, conducting reference checks, exit interviews • Maintain updated and complete reporting system including monthly reports, activity based expenses, • Handle the induction process of new comers ensure smooth informative introduction of the new colleague to the business. • Maintains complete and up-to-date archive of personnel records, including Personal training plan & training cards • Assist in developing the training calendar. • Sets up strong working relationships with training providers, keeps updated with latest developments in the local/international markets, and devises best in class training and development solutions.

Qualifications An appropriate bachelor degree Experience from: 3-5 years experience in HR.

Salary (L.E.) 2600 - 4500
