Description To efficiently coordinate all Allianz Egypt sales recruitment and selection activities (Direct sales, Non-Life) upholding Allianz standards, so as to meet the company’s objective of attracting the most suitable calibers, and marketing Allianz Egypt as an ‘employer of choice’

Qualifications -University degree. -3-4 years of work experience in recruitment and interviewing (mass recruitment and/or sales preferably).

Gender Male

Experience 3 - 5 Years.

Other Skills -Very good interviewing skills, and insight into people -Ability to work in teams. -Excellent time management -Excellent organizational skills. -Excellent communication skills -Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. -Professional manner with able to uphold Allianz standards and image -Presentable. -Very computer skills (Word, Excel).
