Role & Responsibilities



Primarily responsible for managing proposals and ensuring their correctness and full compliance with the bidding terms.

Manages the proposal team, resources, and coordinates activities of proposal team members.

Responsible for reviewing the entire proposal, ensuring all RFP and client requirements are addressed.

Performs final review of proposal for conformance to RFP requirements, and ensures that the proposal is in full compliance to the bid’s terms and conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

IT and GIS background

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent technical writing skills (Arabic, English, and French is an asset)

Fluent command of English language is a must

French language is an asset.

Have no restrictions in travelling abroad.

Working Time: Full Time
