Job Description:



This is a senior level Sales Executive role, which also entails customer, partner, and corporate sales responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the sales role is to enable, drive and elevate company’s position and penetration into the allocated Territory and Industry. The Sales Executive will be internally and externally focused on functional operations in support of customer sales and market requirements. This person will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in sales in the allocated Territory.



· External client facing role to provide consultative sales and analysis to clients



· Work closely with Product & Services Marketing: channel feedback on product features and functions, trends, program needs, customer outreach programs and events



· Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.



· Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of Company’s solutions and service capabilities; overcoming objections, etc.



· Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns, and Leads.



· Act as Account Executive: Collect requirements from Customers, maintain communication between the technical team and the customer during the project, get customers’ feedback



Skills/Qualifications:



1. 3 - 4 years experience as a Sales Executive is a must



2. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree



3. Diploma in any discipline of sales and marketing is preferred



4. Familiar with business strategies, as well as their associated metrics



5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills



6. Influencing and change management skills



7. Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.



8. Knowledge/experience in IT field preferred in (Web application, E-learning, and MultiMedia )



9. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



10. Fluent in English
