Description • Responsible for installation, commissioning and training on electronic, communication and electrical equipment as (PLC, Analog control, Automatic control, Microprocessor, Microcontroller, FPGA,Antenna, Microwave,.....etc) for lecturer and engineers of engineering faculties and vocational institutes. • Conducting preventive troubleshooting to ensure equipment run in a safe and efficient manner • Be responsible for customer satisfaction, profitability, on time delivery, service and quality. • Prepare reports based on findings and present reports to peers and management. • Handle changes and problems related to product assigned. • Act as technical expert for internal and external customers. • providing support, including procedural documentation; • working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals • Testing and evaluating new technology.

Qualifications • Advanced computer skills • Analytical skills • Ability to work independently • self motivated, able to work under minimum supervision • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized to manage groups effectively.
