Management responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, as well as overseeing and directing business unit staff to ensure successful operations. This includes working with other business units to ensure organizational goals are met.

Responsibilities:

Deliver all the projects he responsible for within the deadline.

Manage the production unit as (IPhone, Symbian, Java, PHP, QC, )

essential reference tool in issues of employee/employer dispute

increasing efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, training and development, organizational structure, work flow and activities, technicality, quality, etc

10 to 12 years experience in SW Development.
