Description 1.Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. 2.Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, and direct calls to staff members. 3.Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors. 4.liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts 5.Sort, scan, file , and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and emails within the team. 6.Managing incoming and outgoing documents. 7.Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. 8.Provide translation and interpretation services. 9.Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. 10.Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems….etc. 11.Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies. 12.Tracking and keep records for employees’ attendance. 13.Provide office orientation for new employees. 14.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, conferences and conference telephone calls. 15.Assist other departments with miscellaneous items. 16.Performing & Following up all other duties as required.

Qualifications 1.Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. 2.Excellent command of English 3.Proficient user of MS office. 4.Internet/ email oriented. 5.Knowledge of telephone protocol. 6.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
