technical office engineers can do the following :



1- Prepare quantity take_offs and measurements.

...2- Verify requirements for methods of measurements and specification.



3- Review shopdrawings . submissions and invoices .



4- Develop detailed description for the contractor’s duties and commitments under the contract to ensure compliance and apply contractual measures pretaining to dely or mile stoue slip



5- Prepare of BOQ and tender estimation



6- Study tenders including whatever will be issued by the consultant as revision , circulars , clarification , addendums ... etc



and must be :



1 - Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.



2 -Not less than 3 years experience in On-Site construction work (building projects)
