Description •Analyzes and organizes clinical operations for branch managed. •Responsible for and oversees the delivery of care to all patients served by branch. •Prepares weekly visit count reports based on previous week and sets goals for care delivery. •Represents the organization with all referral source; physicians, and the community on an as-needed basis in conjunction with Community Education Department. •Communicates as needed with Director of Clinical Services concerning new developments and/or problems. •Responsible for review of Case Managers documentation to include starts-of-care and re-certifications, for appropriateness of care delivery and documentation requirements. • Works with Quality Improvement staff relative to data tracking for performance review and outcomes of care analysis to determine efficiency, efficacy of case management system as well as any other systems and processes. •Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, and firing of employees. •Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory and distribution to Intake Coordinator, and oversees the completion of these processes. •Opens and closes facility a minimum of 30 minutes before/after normal business hours.
Qualifications Bsc of Medicine & surgery
Gender Any
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent leadership & managerial skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
