Description • Take responsibility for the development and implementation of new and/or improved HR systems and procedures. • Follow up the orientation program regardless to the HR Manager Guide line for each department. • Verifying working procedures and work flow in the section. • Preparing progress reports and laying them to the management. • Keeping track with company policy and HR plan. • Preparing the monthly payroll sheet. • Controlling Performance Appraisal system and reviewing the appraisals sheets to ensure that the measuring performance is valid. • Prepare and send monthly performance appraisals sheet for contracts will renewals and the employees who are in the end of probation period • Verify the job responsibility and job description with HR Manager. • Meet the Company requirement and the employee needs. • Assisting HR Manager to Planning and controlling employment environment.
Qualifications • B.sc in business administration • High diploma in HR science • 5 years experience in the same position • Good knowledge of English.
