Description 1- responsible for delivering high quality localized products and content. 2-work closely with Engineers, and Language Specialists. You are a self-starter, proactive, collaborative and dedicated to meeting deadlines and producing results. You thrive working in fast-paced environment to deliver high quality projects. 3-Drive localization project management for specific product(s) including resource allocation, scheduling, and quality, stakeholder, and risk management. 4-Spearhead department initiatives including translation quality, process improvements, vendor strategy, and tools improvements "5-Work collaboratively with the other team to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the localization process.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Management, Engineering, or Science preferred. 3-5 years of localization management experience with proven records of completing successful projects. Experience managing multiple external partnerships across time zones. Experience in matrix management. Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues. Ability to quickly adapt to business demands. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Visio and similar project tools. Expertise and hands-on experience with project management fundamentals. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to travel with short notice Fluent in English (Reading/Writing) PMP certification is a plus Track record of successfully managing complex projects involving outside resources. Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously
