Description •Compiles payroll data, enters data, computes and post wages. •Reconciles errors to maintain payroll records. •Prepares computer input forms, enters data into computer files or computes wages and deductions and post to payroll records. •Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll •Records changes affecting net wages “Exemptions, Insurance Coverage, loan payment etc…” for each employee to update master payroll records. •Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. •Any other requested tasks.
