Description SharePoint Architect will oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of the enterprise solutions involving collaboration, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management (ECM), business process and forms, and business intelligence (BI), utilizing MOSS, SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio. SharePoint Architect will also contribute subject matter enterprise and provide mentorship and training to clients and junior professionals. The typical responsibilities, duties and tasks are: •To pursue technological advances and innovative ideas. •Analysis and definition of an organization’s information architecture. •Understanding and design of taxonomies for customer organizations. •Design and documentation of the appropriate Microsoft (SharePoint) solution based on information architecture, taxonomy analysis and the customer’s functional and non functional requirements. •Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks. •Working out which CSP services to use based on cost benefit analysis and research. •Agree all plans, wireframes, prototypes and deliverables with the client. •Ability to produce appropriate requirements/technical documentation for CSP Projects.
Qualifications •MOSS certificate is required. •Bachelor degree in IT or other related accredited discipline. •4-7 years in Microsoft .NET development with a 2+ years of SharePoint architecture experience on enterprise initiatives. •2-3 projects in a relevant scope. •Advanced knowledge in business workflows. Understanding of Workflow Foundation, MOSS, WSS, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Forms Services, and SharePoint Templates. •Experience with collaboration portals, enterprise search, ECM, business process and forms, and/or BI. •SharePoint knowledge to include architectural design, Web Part Development, with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations. •Development experience with Microsoft ,NET technologies is also required (e.g. ASP .NET, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, IIS, BizTalk Server, SQL Server) •Knowledge of the .NET Framework and experience working in the full Software Development Life Cycle is also required.

Compensations Competitive renewable project-based offers for three to six months. Offers include tax-free packages, which include basic monthly salary, housing, transportation and communication allowances. Business visa and airfare to Doha/Qatar plus three months accommodation will be arranged by the company.
