Description •Creates and maintains employees service files through the hiring process. •Verifies the new employees’ credentials and enrolls them for Medical Checkup. •Enrolls employees in the Social Insurance benefits scheme. •Prepares employment Contracts and obtains signature. •Prepares all official reports and claims. •Arranges for monthly Social Insurance Payments / Refunds. •Communicates with Official Health Insurance for medication, claims, and refunds. •Interacts with Social Insurance and Labor Relations Official Agents and provides them with all needed data and records. •Helps employees issuing their Personal Identification Card via obtaining official seals and stamps •Issues written and oral instructions. •Adjusts errors and complaints. •Processes leave of absence approvals and rejections. •Processes leave of absence approvals and rejections. •Supervises standards and procedures for work of housekeeping , Security and transportation staff ( whether Company staff or Outsourced company ). • Assists in the administration of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and unemployment

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience

Experience 1 - 2 Years.

Salary (L.E.) Negotiable

Comments Factory Location is in El Fayoum . Residents in El Haram, October, El Mohandessen are preferable
