Job Details:

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Regional Technical Team on a daily basis if required
* Remain well versed in System Administration policies, procedures, standards and documentation
* Ensure the reliability of IT systems backup plans and administrating
* Monitor, administer and operate the following: Microsoft Exchange server , file servers , print servers , DNS, DHCP , ISA , Blackberry , Domain Controller , Antivirus Servers, Web Servers, Windows Update service & storage Solution in a professional standardized method
* Backup the Database, troubleshoot any problems concerning exchange server includes (move email box if needed, backup database, hard recovery for database if needed
* Test and deploy new applications on the LAB environment
* Judge Hardware Faults and escalate the problems to the related vendors
* Manage the windows updates and patch installation of all servers & desktops
* Manage and lead continuous improvements of MS Active Directory, MS ISA server, DHCP, Antivirus systems and Windows Update service
* Troubleshoot servers, applications, and network connectivity issues
* Create, maintain, and comply with corporate and departmental standard operating procedures
* Prepare status & weekly reports and monthly posting for IT management as requested
* Perform on-site and remote technical support
* Maintain excellent communication with the IT Manager on all tasks and projects through Weekly Activity Sheets
* Create and maintain good technical documentation
* Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule (as needed)
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
* BSc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or the equivalent years of experience
* ITIL Foundations certification or courses (Incident & Problem Management) is a plus
* English Fluency – written and verbal
