1- getting in and out all necessary materials for the installation and maintenance department according to the warehouse administration rules.
2- Maintain records for imported and exported from the warehouse, limiting remaining quantities.
3- Keeping items inside the warehouse and to guarantee it’s safety.
4- To be cooperative with the committees of inventory in the financial management.
5- Following up with the orders of the matertials when there is a need.
6- Maintain the category label, record the necessary data on and update it constantly.
7- Organize items in the warehouse in an easy way to be reached.
8- Release items which already exist in the warehouse according to orders.
9- Recording and receiving back borrowed materials from the warehouse to employees according to rules.
10- To be responsible for items which are existing in the warehouse.
11- Apply safety and healthy instructions in the warehouse.
12- Informing the directors with the damaged tools and devices need maintenance.
13- Providing concerned units with items are existed inside the warehouse.
14- Maintain a monthly report shows the expenditures of the warehouse and delivering this cost according to the consuming points in the streets.
15- Handling any other tasks would be asked to do from the department manager or the director.
