HR Operations Manager (Site based) is required for a multinational industrial company.




Knowledge / Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• Experience with industrial or manufacturing companies is v. essential

• Knowledge with HR practices & development axes

• Knowledge of Labor Law

• Strong industrial relations

• Strong Negotiation skills

• Good command of English
