Roles and Responsibilities
* Knowledge of traditional voice technologies
* Strong understanding of networking technologies including; TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, QoS, VoIP, various WAN technologies
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN security
* Ability to analyze end-to-end TCP/IP protocol trace to identify network connectivity issues
* The ability to solve complex technical and selling situations with proposed resolutions
* Cisco and Avaya certifications, CCNA, ACA, etc.
* Knowledge of DEFINITY PBX and Avaya Communication Manager solutions is very desirable
* Must have strong knowledge of Cisco switches, routers & VoIP
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
* BSc. In Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent years of experience
