Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting in providing system administration on servers, infrastructure, workstations and Voice/IP communication system. Participating in the responsibility of hardware and software configurations, equipment installation, inventory tracking, and system maintenance. Assisting in the coordination between the Technical support team and developers to ensure an undisturbed and uninterrupted operation of new deployments, migration or replacements, report incidents to the group leader in a professional format, this may include:
* Ensure that all the systems of a company are functioning smoothly
* provision Server hardware, including configuration and deployment
* Document task outcomes, and publish FAQ & Knowledge bases of acquired information
* Conduct the overall system testing before deployment
* Deploy company products at customer sites, either remotely or onsite & provide support after implementation
* Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents
* Respect agreed SLAs and strive to meet or exceed response times with professional level support
* Organize tools, documentation, software and hardware items needed for work
* Research new technologies & products
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
* BSc. In Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent years of experience

* Self-critical, questioning and committed to personal excellence
