ensure that all the systems of a company are functioning smoothly
provision Server hardware, including configuration and deployment
Deploy company products at customer sites, either remotely or onsite
Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents
Respect agreed SLAs and strive to meet or exceed response times with professional level support
