...The minimum requirement for the post of Maintenance workshop Manager would be a 7 years indentured apprentice's ship in mechanical engineering.
Due to the specialized nature of the work this would have to be backed up by 7-10 years.
Technical experience in the field of diesel engines and heavy equipment.
