Responsibilities

Provide accurate, efficient and quality services that exceeds customers’ expectations:

• Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer complaints at all times

• To handle warranty and out of warranty customers through informing them with their rights and duties

• Ability to handle customers’ problems



Qualifications & Skills

0-2 years in Customer Service field

University graduate from any discipline

Good spoken and written English
