Qualifications:

Essential (5 point each):

· Total software experience 7 years with at least 3 years’ experience as senior team lead or technical or development manager in IBM Technologies (FileNet, DB2 CM, Cognos, Websphere, etc.)

...· Possess strong technical development skill for different stages of software life cycle (SDLC) with current technology.

· Leadership personality utilizing PSP (Personal Software Process) and TSP (Team Software Process) techniques

· Superior problem solving and analysis skills combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team.

· Good command of English either spoken or written
