Roles and Responsibilities:



* Ensure the Partner is motivated to sell and support the complete range of products

* Identify a range of new reseller partners to Client/Vendor and develop these partners into Solutions Partners within the designated program

* Ensure the Partner has the appropriate resources to sell and support the complete range of Vendor's products

* To drive new business from Reseller partners and new end-users across the whole Vendor products range

* Execution of Sales and Marketing campaigns with these partners to deliver new sales to Vendor

* To utilize the provided tools with the partner such as technology centre, partner enablement program, to ensure maximum productivity and sales from the partner

* Visit and educate the Channel Partners in both Sales and Technical & Operational areas

* To promote new product lines within the Partners organization where appropriate and identify new opportunities for Vendor Products with new end user

* Ensure all deals that are forecast within quarter and that the appropriate "deal" process has been completed via -Sales SYS

* Provide accurate and timely forecasts, reflecting the current quarter position and outlook for following quarter

* Use of defined account templates and business plans with these partners

* Represent Company/Product/Vendor in a professional manner at all times, observing decent standards of dress and behavior on all occasions



Qualifications and Educational Requirements:



* B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering

* Knowledge of Symantec products is an plus

* Adept negotiator who can create long term relationships and business value to our customers, with a proven track record of achievement at the enterprise and channel level
