Position : Team Leader - JOB CODE (TLC)
Reporting to : Unit Sales Manager
Experience : From 1 to 3 Years in same possession
1) Responsible for the recruitment of monthly average 8 producer’s sales staff.
...2) Responsible to develop minimum 2 Sales staff to senior sales level through 6 months time.
3) Responsible for define company new business generated from the team daily activities to be reported in a good faith to the direct manager.
4) Spare no effort to guarantee the reasonable persistency percentage; the minimum accepted ration is 80%.
5) Responsible to achieve minimum of 80% from the annual Team target in addition to the personal production mentioned in the sales career path
