HRMIS specialist

Well known Telecommunication Company is looking for an HRMIS specialist


Job Responsibilities:

-Create users and responsibilities.

-Assist in project planning, implementation and enhancing -(Technically and functionally) some modules in Oracle HRMS 11i that include:

-HR Modules like Core HR

-OLM (Oracle Learning management)

-Payroll Module, Talent Management

-Self Service module (Leaves, Training, View Pay slip, Appraisals)Recruitment .

-Oracle Incentive Compensation(OIC).

-Perform detail-level analysis for business challenges and map to Oracle Applications functionality to aid in problem solving using standard functionalities of oracle whenever available.

-Developing all kinds of reports (Discoverer, Reports Builder and XML) to optimize use of e-business suite in all HR divisions.



Qualifications:

-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology.

-Minimum 3 years experience as an oracle developer and/or application administrator (functional or technical).

-Very good knowledge of Oracle SQL (DML, DDL and DCL) and PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages.
