the main tasks of the job are:
- Helpdesk activities (Support users from Egypt and outside Egypt on different applications)
- Act as a first level support
- diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- research questions using available information resources
- advise user on appropriate action
- Follow predefined escalation matrix
- log all help desk ticket
- Prepare activity reports
