Scope :
Under the authority of the Executive HR Director, he/she will be in charge of the :
· compensation & benefits
· personnel activities
· Definition and implementation of the annual training plan and internal communication actions.
· Internal communication :manage and delivers internal communication, in accordance with the subsidiary and Group HR policy ,draft the internal communication plan
Number of vacancies : 2
Skills
• A HR graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of Experience in an HR development position .
• Excellent knowledge of HR operational activities like recruitment techniques, development and retention tools
• Excellent coordination, problem solving and result oriented skills
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic, Other languages welcome
