Roles and Responsibilities:
Dynamic and talented Java Web Developer to join our development team. S/he will have a chance to employ his/her technical programming skills in delivering a wide range of high profile, accessible and standards compliant web projects. His/her job will involve maintaining and improving our current in-house settlement applications. Awareness of design, analysis, software development life cycles. Ability to develop a structured, organized, commented code according to technical specifications and published standards/design guidelines
* Designs, develops, and implements Web-based Java applications
* Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
* Uses source debuggers and visual development environments
* Writes code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services
* Tests and documents software for client applications
* Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* BSc. In Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent years of experience
* Experience with J2EE, Servlets, JSP and Hibernate (ORM) is a must.
* MS SQL programming is a must. EJB, JSF, JMS is a plus. VoIP knowledge is a plus.
* Preferably with testing and bug tracking experience

* Strong team participant and involvement in team workload and activities
* Open and respectful with others
* Self-critical, questioning and committed to personal excellence
