Non-Automotive Central Procurement Buyer

Job Accountability:



1. Negotiate prices of different purchases from foreign & local suppliers

2. Issue long term contracts and purchase orders

3. Negotiate with contractors/ suppliers, issue REPs & RFQs and analyze quotes.

4. Follow up on delivery to make sure the receipt of goods/ service on time

5. Manage local and foreign suppliers' database and keeping it updated

6. Achieve annual saving targets and track budget

7. Send requests for quotations RFQs

8. Manager all departments' requirements effectively

9. Follow strictly the purchasing processes.

10. Lead tenders and bidding committees for business decisions



Qualification:



1. Good command of English language and office computer skills.

2. Civil Engineering background is a must

3. Team player with high negotiation skills.

4. 5 Years Experience as Minimum

5. High capability to work under pressure

6. Determined & accurate with high time management skills

7. High communication skills

8. General purchasing background.

9. Updated with the commodity knowledge

10. Operates with top levels of honesty & integrity.
