Roles and Responsibilities:
* Employ his/her technical programming skills in delivering a wide range of high profile, accessible and standards compliant web projects
* Maintaining and improving current applications, awareness of design, analysis, software development life cycles, in addition to the ability to develop a structured, organized, commented code according to technical specifications and published standards/design guidelines
* Writes, modifies, and debugs software for client applications
* Uses source debuggers and visual development environments
* Writes code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services
* Tests and documents software for client applications
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
* BSc. In Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent years of experience
* Experience with web-based applications
* MCSD
* MS SQL programming is a must. WPF, WCF, Silverlight is a plus
* VoIP knowledge is a plus
* Preferably with testing and bug tracking experience
Preferred Skills:
* Strong team participant and involvement in team workload and activities
* Integrity and honesty
* Open and respectful with others
* Self-critical, questioning and committed to personal excellence
