HCM Senior Consultant
Job Description
1. experience in implementing Oracle e-business suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM)
2. Define client’s business, technical & functional requirements.
3. Apply internal testing for the solution quality, measure its compliance with customer business requirements.
4. Perform User Acceptance Testing activities with technical, senior functional and team leaders
5. Results reporting to team leaders, section heads and PMO.
6. Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase.
7. Handle the maintenance in case of agreeing with the customer on a maintenance contract.
8. Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer satisfaction.
9. Occasionally support Presales in proposals.
10. Maintaining team building & acting as member guidance to technical consultants.
11. Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.
