Social Media Specialist
Job Description
Candidates will be working both on teams and individually to provide support to customized applications users at leading organizations. No need for any programming languages, all is needed is an organized, energetic, dynamic, English-Arabic speakers who are fluent in using internet and enjoy getting things done.
Candidates should be Goal and results oriented. Flexible and eager to learn new things, adapt to new environments. Broad minded, and creative.
• Manage users' accounts.
• Apply/control some features for some users.
• Reply to clients inquires (phone and email).
• Work/regularly visit Client's organization to support their users.
• Give training sessions. Write user manuals.
Requirements:
• Arabic and English: Speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• English education at university (exams, textbooks ...etc)/or-and/ English school graduates.
• Fluency/familiar with using internet applications (Ex: MSN, Facebook, yahoo groups..Etc).
• Managed yahoo groups and or Facebook pages before (not a must).
• University degree.(business, computer science ,Mass communication, …etc)
• User of MS office suit ( specially Word, Excel ,and Power point)
