o O.T – ICU
o PICU – NICU
o Hemodialysis – Clinical Laboratories
o Endoscopy – Sterilization – Radiology

Duties & Responsibilities

• Have good trouble shooting skills
• Have the skills necessary to train others
• Want to work in a continuous improvement environment
• Maintain a high standard of safety
• Have good mechanical aptitude
• Both technical and project engineering capability
• Responsibility for all project stages:
o Concept development and cost estimates
o Detailed design, equipment specification and
o Construction and sub-contractor management.
• Successful execution of new projects while maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Experience

• Minimum [5 years] technical experience
• A meticulous eye for detail with excellent documentation skills
• Strong project and time managements skills
• Initiative, determination and drive
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in hospital middle management and planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience within an operative environment
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
