Description - Obtain an excellent hands-on knowledge in the third party applications. Help improving the users experience. - Receive, investigate and solve support cases on third pary applications. - Develop integration solutions between third party application and choose the appropriate technology. - Develop functions and reports to extend the capabilities of the third party applications, implement solutions to support cases and change requests. - Test the implemented modifications before deplying to live servers. - Apply servers patching as scheduled by the corporate systems and security teams. - Perform a periodical health check on servers. - Make periodical meetings with vendors. - Follow-up with vendors to ensure products delivery within budget, on time and satisfaction of business requirements. - Document all aspects of architecture, including but not limited to, data structures, logical processes, hardware and OS environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, security measures, etc. - Provide user training on third party applications for new hires and for features in new releases. - Provide user guides for third party applications as needed. - Document installation and technical manuals. - Share technical and product knowledge with the Enterprise Applications team members, provide training sessions as needed. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology Minimum of two years of software development with the up-to-date technologies, including exposure to enterprise databases, designs, and implementation. Minimum of one year of experience in handling technical support cases and preferably in a large or a multinational enterprise. Experience in backend databases in particular MS SQL Server 2010, including development using SQL Server Objects, Transact-SQL, SSIS and SSRS. Experience in developing Windows Applications and Windows Services using C#, VB.net and ADO.net. Experience in developing Web Applications and Web Services using ASP.Net, CSS, and use of XML. Experience with version control tools and concepts is a plus (e.g. Visual Source Safe). Experience with Web server technologies including IIS is a plus. Technical experience in using crystal reports is a plus. Experience in OLAP, Biz Talk server and BI tools is a plus.
