Description Provide consultation throughout all aspects of employment and hiring process, provide assistance in posting vacancies, development and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying and selecting candidate.Handling all the interviewing process ,conduct all types of interviews(Selection, appraisal, stress and exit interviews)Conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) group wise, to cover all job levels utilizing all means possible (i.e. Questionnaires, Focus Groups, Interviewsetc).Designing and giving training programs to meet training requirements for admin staff (i.e. Time management, Communication skills, presentation skillsetc).Designing competency profiles, to help manage and update job descriptions, and plan training requirements for new hires.Monitoring the process of new employments and make all the necessary actions.Preparing Social Insurance forms (1 & 6) and follow up.Monitoring the monthly changes in the payroll (Taxes, Insurance, Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bounce, Salary Increase, gift, etc).Make all the necessary procedures for the end of service (Resignations, Termination, Absents, and Dishonesty).Preparing the monthly payroll movementsTracking time attendance for employees & record absences & lateness cases.Preparing all reports related to salaries.Maintain and update as required, a departmental filing system which ensures that documentation is easily accessible In charge for CV database
Qualifications •Excellent usage of IT practices. •Excellent Communication skills. •Excellent Leadership skills. •Excellent in Team Building &Team Management. •Excellent Managerial Skills. •Competitive Knowledge. •Information-political, economic and social knowledge. •Flexibility against changes
