Description 1-Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures. 2-Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment. 3-Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
4-Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment 5-Forecasting of spare parts 6-Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due Ensure a safe working environment for all.
Qualifications 1-Bachelor of Engineering “Mechanics – Electric – Mechatronics” 2-From 7 to 10 years Experience. 3-Working on tractors and pivots maintenance is an asset. 4-AutoCAD is a plus
