Title: Sales Specialist
Division: Commercial

Reports To: Sr. Account Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Visit potential and current customers regularly to develop new business.
2. Understands the clients' needs, and try to match our solutions or services with those needs.
3. Obtain new customers by following new leads to expand the company’s customer base.
4. Develops new needs for the existing customers by exploring their problems to find the appropriate solution that expand the business opportunities.
5. Qualifies the new prospects to enhance his time usage.
6. Opens new business opportunities & obtain new client through different sectors coverage to increase the market share & increase the company’s profits.
7. Prepares proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company’s image.
8. Follows up with the PS department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection.
9. Negotiates contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of the company.
10. Ownership of achieving the value of assigned quota on its delivery planned time.
11. Building, managing & periodically reporting sales pipeline for assigned accounts & territories.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
- University degree
- Strong command of English language
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience, preferable in a relevant field.
- Technical background
Technical skills:
- Must be familiar with Oracle products.
- Prefer to be familiar with MS software tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Personal skills:
- Ability to work under pressure for long time
- Ownership and commitment for carrying responsibility
- Share knowledge and team work
- Self motivation
- Ability to initiate new needs based on new technology trends
- Ability to have a focused project follow up till closing the project successfully
