Description 1.Prepares and analyzes Payroll & Compensation monthly reports on the difference between active and inactive employees to update the medical usage. 2. Make Analysis and surveys on Salary, Medical, Life, insurance companies every year to get best offer in market. 3.Updates employee grades according to their years of experience. 4.Determine the allowances and medical benefit of employees according to their grads. 5. Handle the whole payroll process from data collection, calculations of induction and deduction salary tax and social insurance calculations that complies with labor law to bank transfers. 6. Handle the payroll communication process to employees via e-pay slips and printed pay slips. 7. Active participant in developing the salary scale and remuneration structure. 8. Prepare the annual manpower budget for the employees with the actual cost and the forecasted recruitment budget & Needs monthly reporting of the staff cost actual versus forecast with full analysis and reporting the turnover rates. 9.Design the compensation policies and strategy that best attract and retain employees. 10.Participate in company benchmark and salary survey. 11.Design the benefit scheme (monetary) that best serves the employee and create company loyalty (medical insurance, life insurance, pension plans, mobile policy and car loan policy)and (non monetary)that includes credit facility offers, automotive, health clubs, hotels rate, restaurants, optics and car care.
Qualifications Hard worker, self-driven, self-motivated, analysis skills, adaptation, good reporting skills. HR Diploma is a preferable.
