Description Report to the production manager. Position requires a practical knowledge of raw sugar refinery operations, manage the production and utility team. Experience with modern sugar refining equipment and DCS system. Responsible for product quality and man power safety.
Qualifications A broad practical background about liquor carbonation, decolourisation and crystallization. Ability to manage the work activities to produce 2000 t/day refined sugar. Computer skills and fluent in English language speaking and writing.
