Technoplan for Engineering studies and contracting requires an Electrical Power Engineer
The candidates must be qualified with the following:
1. Understand and evaluate the scope of work on tenders (minimum experience 10 years)
2. Attend bid-clarification meetings.
3. Site visits.
4. Prepare work scope for sub-contractors.
5. Verify designs, and evaluate offers from sub-contractors and vendors.
6. Project costing, bid preparation.
7. Review of contracts and obtain clarifications and post award activities include Procurement.
8. Monitoring progress of work until completion.
9. Not less than ten years experience in the field of consultancy.
