Job Title: Export & Commodity Supervisor:
JOB PURPOSE
Assisting Logistic manager, planning and controlling commodity and export shipments. Preparing reports and providing it to Logistic Manager, to assisting in realize the logistic plan and put it into effect.
Job Description:
- Reporting to Logistic Manager.
- Assisting Logistic Manager in managing commodity & export operation by establishing strong and reliable logistics network.
- Preparing daily commodity dispatch report & carries out effective communication with sales team and B2B customers & handover activities in accordance with company policy.
- Receiving, analyzing, planning for daily commodity/B2B sales plan according to monthly demand forecast, analyze orders, quantities, SKU’s, schedule dates, and report such commodity plan to logistics planner. Analyze daily commodity phasing versus forecast plan & report daily achievement/deviation.
- Insures accurate delivery tracking system in order to reach 100% reliability according to order date, schedule date, and dispatch date and according to different routes lead time. Reporting Commodity OTIF in daily basis to Logistics manger showing achievement/variance and corrective measures.
- Receives transportation companies invoices for commodity channel, check and review each shipment cost according to its route and relevant price list, analyze all shipments confirmations, reconcile Trans. Co. invoices in term of freight & FG missing & penalty memos & overnight charges & taxes and establish solid report showing each transportation company account.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 3-5 Years of Experience.
- I.T skills (Microsoft).
- English level 2, equivalent to “Intermediate” in TOEIC test.
