Description -Follow and executes foreign& Local markets procurement procedures to secure company requirements from international markets, implements the procurement cycle, methodology and strategy. - Develops proposes and manages the foreign procurement budgets
- Consolidates requirements reports and obtain approval on summed quantities, items and descriptions. -Prepares and conducts supplier appraisal,consolidates findings and report result. -Ensure the provision of contracts management, including the review and management of framework arrangements, to ensure ongoing progress Promotes positive relations with partners vendors, and distributors Meets with partners in maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals. -Ensures the fulfillment of company obligations towards purveyors adequately and timely. -Maintains all the relevant and required documentation for the purchasing and inventory procedures, as well as preparing different periodical reports for top management. -Fully aware Electromechanical contracting projects & have an experience 5 years at least in MEP companies.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1-Adoption of suppliers 2-Suppliers classified according to: •Product quality. •Extent of cooperation in terms of payment & procurement procedures. •Accordance with approved list by the owner & consultant. 3-Material comparison according to material requisition. 4-Preparing material submittal to get approval by site engineers. 5-Make deals with suppliers to get beast prices & qualities relative to our budget. 6-Make required help from finance, stores & projects departments to achieve the work. 7- Knowledge office application.
