Description Plans and schedules department functions to ensure the prompt delivery of merchandise of the kind and in the amount ordered. Manages the overall control and movement of materials in and out of plants. Analyzes and plans material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels. Control warehouse division budgets with Supply Chain Manager. Optimize cost-effectiveness of activities. Supervises employees who load and unload trucks, freight cars, conveyors and other types of transporting equipment. Supervises the receipt and storage of equipment, materials, merchandise and similar items in the sites warehouses. Ensures that items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes. Check inventory stocks to validate that restocking is in orders Determine inventory quantities are sufficient for needs and order more if wanted. Respond to sites inquiries about clarifying orders, changes in requests, delivery requirements and cancellations. Prepare, maintain, and review warehouse files, reports and price lists. Follow up all correspondences between warehouse division and other divisions as well as the supply chain department. Develop and implement long term goals in order to ensure efficiency along with the warehouse section head and supply chain manager.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree At least 5 to 7 years of Warehouse experience. SAP is an asset Able to work in sites.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
