Description Responsible for all aspects of sales and customer strategy wholesale. Including, developing and delivering against sales plans, implementation of trade terms, and accountability for trade investment. The Wholesale Manager is also recognized as playing a major leadership role in driving the markets 4P improvement plans through the distributors organization. Execute the development and implementation of the annual sales plans including NR, GM, DSD and 4Ps. Build the business with key customers and implement. Develop together with the CM, trade terms by customer that leads to maximum volume, profit, customer satisfaction and product availability, at appropriate cost. Lead RB to achieve Category Champion status with key customers. Ensure that sales plans deliver superior 4P execution. Execute the activity Master grid. Work with the Demand planner to improve sales forecast accuracy.
Qualifications • Experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods company of at least 3 years proven track record. • Proven experience as a Field Sales manager or functional experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing. •Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a commercial subject. •Fluent in English.
