Description Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Responsible for issuing business cards for employees.
Organize of the daily movement of the company's cars.
Follow-up maintenance of the building, furniture and office equipment, fax and tools cafeteria.
Following runners to send all invoices to customers on time.
Following all the shipment cases with the courier and check for incomplete documents.
Responsible for international & domestic flight reservation.
Issuing different standard documents in Arabic & English.
Compiles information from files and other sources into lists, summaries and reports.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx/Airborne packages.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Collect and maintain PC inventory.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Other duties as assigned.
Compiles information from files and other sources into lists, summaries and reports.
Provide office orientation for new employees.
Supervising new employees office and all their requirements.
Qualifications Must have experience in administration.
Must be able to take responsibility.
Excellent in MS Office.
Excellent in English.
Excellent communication skills, High ability to work under pressure.
